Oceânica announces the international partnership with ULO SYSTEMS, The Leaders in Offshore Fabric Formwork to support, protect & stabilize Sub sea Pipelines and Cables and all types of sub sea grouting services provided (normal and structural) , to act as its representative in Brazil in order to perform any activities in the offshore oil, gas and telecom industry within Brazil and associated South American countries. The agreement commenced from 20 July 2010.

Over the years, the ULO is strategically positioning itself and its equipment in order to meet the areas it considers target, focusing on providing customized solutions and services considered as critical in a form acceptable and reliable.

Some of the services offered ia as following:

• Inspection, evaluation and issuance of reports on the situation envisaged
• Installation of intermediary Brackets
• Grouting and repair of door openings with individualized treatment
• Inspection, evaluation and issuance of report on the post performance

This partnership marks the return of ULO to the Brazilian market.

Oceânica will act as its representative on projects involving the applications of the solutions provided by ULO in conjunction with the solutions offered by Oceânica, regarding Offshore Market in the areas of Oil, Gas and Telecommunication Industry in Brazil and throughout Latin America.
